Return & Refund Policy


Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Items must be returned in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags.
- Items showing wear, damage, stains, or missing packaging may be denied or refunded at a reduced
amount.
Refund Options
We offer the following for eligible returns:
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Orders with free shipping require the customer to pay return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Items listed as “non-refundable” in their product description
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
for a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@hopsavcollective.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will reply with instructions and the return address.
